Hello there! I accidentally bought these boots a half size too big. I was between sizes. As they were a final sale item, I couldn't return or exchange them for the smaller size. It was a gamble, but the lucky future owner of these boots gets them on an extra sale price. You win! They are new, in the box, and have all original packaging. Please let me know if you have any questions. As a sizing reference, I have a wider forefoot (my running shoes are Hoka 8.5 D-width), I have a high arch, and my dress heels are a 7.5 US. At size 38.5, these were just a bit too long for me. I am impressed with the design as the laces allow you to comfortably adjust for whatever you in arch height. It makes for a more comfortable boot.
